Hi Seth,

Joe Forbush here and I gotta say, things have gotten crazy around these parts.

I've been flat out at the office getting everything ready for the launch of the "Online DVD Clinic Of The Month Club" and I *thought* everything was on schedule.

Then I spoke with my web guy...

He says he's not sure if the current setup will handle his original estimate of 78 people. Seems because the videos are of such high quality, the files are HUGE (even bigger than when we ran our original tests).

Anyway, he did some more tests and frankly I'm not happy with the results.

But that's GOOD NEWS for you.

Here's why:

We're going to delay the launch until Tuesday 12th August -- that's this coming Tuesday -- and spend the weekend tweaking the server, adding more "tech things", and generally making the whole thing run a lot smoother.

That means when we do launch the server will cruise along. Even with all the extra traffic the videos will play *perfectly*... so we'll be able to accept more than the original 78 we had thought.

How many more?

Honestly I'm just not sure at this stage.

We're going to play it by ear and keep one eye on the server during the launch. As soon as we see any kind of performance dip -- or even the possibility of one -- we'll close the membership.

This way more people will be able to get in and we'll still keep the performance of the site *super* fast.

So, the new launch date is 12 midday on Tuesday 12th August.
